Meet Tacuma Robinson

 

With 23 years of soccer experience—from youth leagues to college and adult competition—I’ve built a foundation rooted in discipline, performance, and passion for sports. For the past 16 years, I’ve trained in martial arts and hold black belts (or its equivalent) in no-gi submission grappling and Personal Defense Systems (self-defense influenced by Muay Thai), competing in mixed martial arts for 8 of those years.

 

I always have had a passion for understanding the underpinnings of athletic performance and consider myself well studied on body mechanics and best practices for athletic development. For the past 7 years, I’ve trained both kids and adults to build explosive speed, sharper agility, and true athletic confidence. I have trained adults for sprint triathlons, marathons, and multiple shorter races. I have trained many youth athletes for multiple sports, including baseball, basketball, track, and soccer. All kids can benefit from reaching the upper ranges of their athletic limits of strength, speed, agility, and range of motion. I have a passion for kids and want to give them the tools to help them reach their personal athletic dreams.
